The challenge

A great salon with real reviews and loyal regulars, but no website and a thin Google profile, so AI had almost nothing to read, cite, or recommend.

Our approach

Rebuild the four signals AI relies on (entity, extractability, evidence, and consensus) starting with a website built from scratch, in English and Spanish.

Key outcomes

  • Named and cited by AI across five engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode, and AI Overviews

  • Recommended in both English and Spanish AI answers

  • New website built from scratch in the first month

  • Google Business Profile fully optimized, with new photos and a consistent posting rhythm

  • Directory citations expanded and aligned

  • Semrush recorded AI Visibility 24, 19 mentions, and 28 cited pages

They Had Real Customers. AI Just Couldn't See Them.

When Live Love came to tamer about four months ago, the business was in a spot that a lot of good local salons know well. The work was excellent, the reviews were real, around 90 of them, and regulars kept coming back. But online, the business was hard for any system to place.

There was no website at all. The Google Business Profile existed, but it was rough and unoptimized, missing the details and structure that tell Google and AI who a business is and why it fits a search. They had a few directory citations and some photos, but nothing pulled in the same direction.

Here is why that matters in 2026. When a customer asks ChatGPT or Google's AI Mode "which nail salon in Hialeah do you recommend," the AI does not invent an answer. It pulls from websites, business profiles, reviews, and directories, and it names the businesses it can understand and back up with sources. With no website and a thin profile, Live Love had almost nothing for AI to read, cite, or recommend. The customers were real. The signals AI needed were missing.

A business can be great in person and still be invisible to the AI a customer asks for a recommendation.

What We Found When We Looked at the Signals

We looked at the four things that shape whether AI can name a business: is the identity clear, can content be pulled, does outside evidence back it up, and do the signals agree. Live Love had gaps in all four.

Entity

With no website, there was no clear, owned source stating what the business is, what it does, where it operates, and who it serves. The profile alone was not enough.

Extractability

There were no pages for AI to read a clean answer from. Nothing on the open web, in the salon's own words, that a model could lift and cite.

Evidence

A few directory citations existed, but not enough independent sources to build confidence.

Consensus

The details that did exist were not reinforcing each other. The profile, the directories, and the reviews were not telling one clear, consistent story.

Our strategy

How We Rebuilt the Signals, Pillar by Pillar

We did not start with a content calendar or a pile of tactics. We started with the gap: AI could not see this business, so the first job was to give it something clear to read, then something to trust. Here is the work, tied to the four pillars.

1

Build the Missing Foundation: A Website From Scratch

Entity + Extractability

In the first month, we built the salon's website from zero. For the first time, the business had an owned home on the open web that stated clearly what it is, what it offers, where it operates, and who it serves. We structured the content so a person and an AI system could both pull a clean answer, and we wrote it for Miami's reality: in English and in Spanish. This gave AI a real source to read and cite, which simply did not exist before.

2

Rebuild the Google Business Profile

Entity + Consensus

We took the rough profile and optimized it fully: category, services, business details, and description aligned with the new website. We added fresh photos so the profile looked as current and real as the salon itself. The goal was for the profile and the website to tell the exact same story, so AI would stop guessing and start trusting.

3

Strengthen the Outside Evidence

Evidence

We expanded and cleaned up the salon's directory citations so more independent sources pointed to the same business, the same category, and the same location. Outside evidence is what turns a claim a business makes about itself into something AI can back up.

4

Keep the Signal Alive

Consensus

We set a steady rhythm of two posts per week and kept the profile active, building on the roughly 90 reviews the salon already had. Consistency over time is what keeps a business present and coherent across search and AI, instead of going quiet after launch.

An honest note. These are point-in-time snapshots, not a permanent ranking. AI answers can change by platform, wording, and context, and Live Love is not always named first. What changed is real and repeatable: a business AI could not see four months ago is now named and cited across five engines, in both languages, from sources that did not exist before we started.

What This Means for the Business

  • AI now names Live Love in the same answers where competitors used to appear alone

  • The salon is found in both English and Spanish, reaching Miami's bilingual customers the way they actually search

  • The website AI cites is the one we built, which means the business controls the source

  • The observed visibility spans five AI experiences rather than a single platform
